About the Yantra Mat

The Yantra Mat

The Yantra Mat's unique properties are due to the effects of acupressure. Acupressure works on the same principles as acupuncture but is non invasive. It is based on touch and uses the same pressure points on the body used in acupuncture. Instead of needles, acupressure stimulates the body by using finger pressure. It improves your wellbeing by helping you feel wonderfully relaxed, relieves aches and pains and leaves you feeling revitalised and energised.

You too can enjoy the benefits already experienced by regular users, feel in harmony with the world around you and live your life to the full.

Each Yantra Mat has 8,820 acupressure contact points arranged in 210 flower shapes. These are positioned on each mat to make sure that equal pressure is applied at all points. Each flower comprises 42 pressure points and is calibrated to give equal pressure making the mat extremely comfortable to lie or sit on. The mat comes in a stylish carry bag and is easily portable, so you can use it at home or at work, and it will pack easily for you to take on your travels.

The Yantra Mat is versatile enough for you to choose the perfect position to use it. You can lie on it, either on your back or stomach, or by placing it on a chair or sofa, can lean against it regulating how much pressure you apply. You can also use it as a pillow with your cheek resting gently on the rolled up mat. For best results you should use the mat against bare skin but until you are used to the effects of the acupressure, you may want to have a thin cotton layer between your skin and the mat.
